As a Steamboat Dance Theatre members you will receive updates on our local dance news, events, and opportunities. You will also be invited to SDT social events such as member happy hours and receive discounts to local dance classes and select businesses.

As a Steamboat Dance Theatre member you are adding your voice to those of dance teachers, students, and other arts organizations to ensure that dance, in all it’s forms, can continue to be apart of our lives. Your support strengthens the dance community and enables Steamboat Dance Theatre to continue its valuable work!
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Being a member of SDT comes with numerous benefits including being a part of an amazing community, free community events, discounts to local vendors, updates on dance happenings, the ability to earn extra income through our programming, and a monthly e-newsletter. Fees for memberships are:
Standard Member $25/year
Membership includes all the benefits without the ability to dance in the concert. For just $25/year you can support a great organization and help foster dance in our community
Concert-Performer $65/year
Individual membership you are eligible to participate in SDT’s annual concert and you will receive all membership benefits offered through participating businesses
Partner Instructor $85/year
This is for pop-up instructors, performing groups, troupes and those without physical studios. Membership includes individual membership & concert performer, the ability to be featured in our newsletter and 2 social media posts per month (as applicable), and the ability to opt into the “first class free” program. You may also submit events to be included on the website’s homepage under “event spotlight,” and use SDT’s resources as a non-profit partner throughout the community as available. We will feature you or your group in a “studio/instructor spotlight” once per quarter.
Partner Studio $100/year
Own a studio? This one’s for you! Membership includes individual membership, the ability to be featured in our newsletter, 4 social posts per month, opportunity to display marketing collateral at SDT’s events, the ability to apply for financial assistance to host guest/master instructors, and the ability to submit for reimbursement under the first class free program. You may also submit events to be included on the website’s homepage under “event spotlight”and use SDT’s resources as a non-profit partner throughout the community as available. We will feature you or an instructor of your choice in a “studio/instructor spotlight” once per quarter.
Social Media Processes for Reference
The SDT Marketing Committee will reach out via email at the end of each month to gather content for the upcoming month’s newsletter. In this request, there will also be a section to send Partner Instructor/Studio allotted social media content and preferred post date. Should a Partner Instructor/Studio send social media content and date request outside of this timeframe, a minimum of 3 business days prior to social post date request is required for the marketing team to respond and complete the request.
