This class is appropriate for dancers entering 5th Grade. Simultaneous Ballet class(es) are highly recommended since Jazz accesses Ballet technique and Ballet knowledge and muscle conditioning is helpful. Class will begin with a warm up which may focus on strengthening and increasing flexibility. Next, dancers will go across the floor with a focus on proper technique through various exercises, and finally students will learn how to pick up choreography more quickly with center floor combinations. This is a high energy class for dancers hoping to develop their skills.
