Want to get stronger? Many professional athletes have used ballet to propel their training to the next level.  Ballet can be a powerful tool in cultivating core strength, balance, agility, and endurance.  It can also aid in recovery from injury and injury prevention.  Steamboat Dance Theatre is partnering with Forty106 Dance Project to offer a series of free ballet classes for ages 12-17.  Sign up at Thursdays in June 11am-12pm at Steamboat Dance and Fitness; limited to 15 people per class; no experience required.
